Take a Look Back at The Blacklist’s Season 3 & a Look Ahead at Season 4!

Season 4 of The Blacklist premieres in less than a month, and it feels like a good time to take another look at what lies ahead. By the looks of the promo, it doesn’t look like it takes long for Raymond to find Liz, but what happens after this moment is another story. You know nothing is really ever as it seems with this lot.

One of the questions I have about this upcoming season, is how the Task Force is going to react to the news of Liz being alive. Luckily, this exact question was answered in last week’s Spoiler Room column on EW.com.

How will the team feel about Liz Keen being alive on The Blacklist?— Samuel
There are mixed reactions. “They all have various levels of feeling betrayed by Liz,” Megan Boone says. “I also think they understand why she did what she did on a certain level. They’re just hurt because they had to go through the mourning process of her death. Now, of course, her being alive is great news, but it’s just really painful.”

Of course this is just one of about a billion that I have, and would be happy if maybe just one or two was resolved by the mid-season hiatus.

Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone) and Raymond Reddington (James Spader) are back this September!

How is Red going to handle Mr. Kaplan’s betrayal. She may not be someone you see all the time, but I still feel that she is an integral part of the show, and to Raymond’s life, it would be hard to go on without her presence.

What will Tom do with the knowledge that Scottie is his mother and what will it be that moves his character from The Blacklist, to the much-anticipated spin-off series, The Blacklist: Redemption?

Undercover operative Tom Keen joins forces with Susan “Scottie” Hargrave, the brilliant and cunning chief of Grey Matters, a covert mercenary organization that solves problems governments don’t dare touch. While on the hunt for Liz’s attacker, Tom secretly discovered that Scottie is actually his biological mother. Now, as they team up to employ their unique skills and resources in a dangerous world of deadly criminals, Tom begins his own covert mission to find out more about his shadowy past.

What are YOU most looking forward to when Raymond and the Task Force return? The Blacklist premieres on Thursday, September 22nd at 10/9C on NBC.

One Comment:

  1. Look forward to the new spin off series as the original plot line regarding the Liz/Red relationship is beginning to wear thin. Series needs more action with additional emphasis on other characters.
